Discoveryopt® High Picatinny Scope Rings, 34 mm, 1.45″

Discoveryopt High 1.45″ Picatinny Scope Rings are designed for riflescopes with a 34 mm main tube and mounting on a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail. The set comprises two separate rings CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and protected by a Type III hard-coat anodized finish. Precision-honed inner surfaces provide uniform contact with the scope tube, while the recommended tightening torque is marked directly on the rings.

For 34 mm Scope Tubes

These rings are designed for riflescopes with a 34 mm main tube. Their separate configuration allows the front and rear rings to be positioned independently according to the available mounting surface on the optic and the layout of the firearm’s rail.

MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny Mounting

The rings attach directly to a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail. A two-screw mounting system secures each ring to the rail and provides a stable interface between the firearm and optic.

High 1.45″ Configuration

The manufacturer classifies this model as a High mount with a height of 1.45″, approximately 36.8 mm. The elevated position provides additional clearance for riflescopes with larger objective housings. Compatibility should always be checked against the firearm, rail height, and external dimensions of the selected optic.

7075-T6 Aluminum Construction

The rings are CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy. A matte Type III hard-coat anodized finish increases resistance to scratches, wear, and corrosion. Precision-honed inner surfaces promote uniform contact and even pressure distribution around the scope tube when correctly installed.

Specified Installation Torque

The recommended tightening torque of 18 in-lb, approximately 2 Nm, is marked directly on the rings. The mount has a neutral 0 MOA cant. The manufacturer specifies coaxiality of ≤ 0.01 mm/m and resistance to shock loads of at least 1,000 G.
