Tac Maven® Firecord 550 Paracord Gordian

The Tac Maven Firecord 550 Paracord Gordian is a versatile cord designed for outdoor, bushcraft, and emergency use. In addition to standard load-bearing cores, it includes a fire-starting strand and a monofilament line for extended utility in the field.

Multi-Core Construction

The cord features seven inner nylon strands, complemented by a waxed fire-starting strand and a monofilament line. These components can be separated and used individually for tasks such as shelter setup, fire starting, or improvised repairs and securing gear.

Durable Nylon Material

Made from 100% nylon, the cord offers a balance of strength, flexibility, and resistance to moisture and UV exposure. It is easy to tie and untie and suitable for repeated use in various conditions. The tensile strength is rated up to approximately 249 kg under optimal conditions.
