A fresh shipment from Tilak has landed at Rigad just in time for autumn and winter – including two standout pieces worth your attention. The Nuuk fleece and Loke jacket continue Tilak’s tradition of honest Czech craftsmanship, blending top-tier functional materials, precision construction, and a clean, understated design. We’ve already had the chance to try them out, and one thing is clear: these are reliable, all-round pieces – ideal for urban wear, mountain treks, or work in the field.
The Nuuk is exactly the kind of fleece you put on once and never want to take off. Built on a simple, functional cut and made from premium Polartec Thermal Pro, it offers excellent insulation, soft comfort, and long-term shape retention. You’ll reach for it whenever warmth and comfort are key – from cool evenings at camp to waiting in the field or relaxed days around town.
?? A Material That Doesn’t Quit
Polartec Thermal Pro is soft, highly compress-resistant, and retains its loft and warmth even after extended use. That makes the Nuuk a dependable mid-layer in cold conditions and ideal for pairing under a hardshell.
?? Anatomical Fit
A slightly relaxed cut and flat seams enhance comfort and freedom of movement. The design feels natural and unfussy – a functional mid-layer that does exactly what it’s meant to do.
?? Simplicity and Pockets
Two classic hand pockets and one chest pocket keep small essentials close. The minimalist design stays clean and distraction-free. The Nuuk focuses on what matters: warmth, comfort, and durability.
Warmth and comfort without the extras – Polartec Thermal Pro in a simple, reliable cut.

Tilak Nuuk – fleece made from Polartec Thermal Pro. Warm, breathable, and shape-retaining, featuring three zip pockets and a comfortable fit for both urban and outdoor use.
The Tilak Loke 24 is the next generation of an all-round jacket that blends precise tailoring with a remarkable natural material. Made from Ventile® cotton – a 100% natural fabric offering an exceptional balance of durability, water resistance, and breathability – it’s ready for a wide range of outdoor conditions.
?? A Material with History
Ventile® was developed as a predecessor to today’s waterproof membranes. When the fibers become damp, they swell and tighten the weave, creating a barrier against rain while remaining breathable. The result: protection that breathes and doesn’t rustle – perfect for anyone who prefers natural fabrics over synthetics.
?? Anatomical Design
The jacket features articulated sleeves with adjustable cuffs, a hood that packs into the collar, and four practical outer pockets. Underarm ventilation zippers ensure airflow during exertion, while waterproof zips and adjustable hem drawcords let you fine-tune comfort and fit on the move.
?? Thoughtful Details
Every element serves a purpose – from the hood shape to the seam construction. The Loke 24 is engineered for real-world function: hiking, bushcraft, outdoor work, or everyday wear in the city.
No rustling, natural protection in the rain, and finely tuned details designed for real outdoor movement.

Tilak Loke 24 (Ventile®) – a quiet cotton jacket with a hood that packs into the collar, waterproof zippers, and robust durability for challenging conditions.
The new Loke 24 builds on its predecessor, the Loke 20, long regarded as one of the best Ventile cotton jackets on the market. Tilak has kept everything essential – the natural material, versatile usability, and precise Czech workmanship – while refining details and fit.
The updated version features a more ergonomic cut, an improved hood that packs into the collar, new waterproof zippers, and redesigned underarm vents. The Ventile® fabric itself has been subtly modernized for a more balanced mix of waterproofing, breathability, and durability.
So if you come across both models, here’s a quick comparison to help you decide:

Tilak designs its garments for long-term, intensive use – not only through durable construction but also through maintainability. Each product comes with a four-year warranty and in-house repair support directly in Šumperk.
Customers can even send in a ten-year-old jacket for repair – if the material is still available, it will be restored using original seam tape, zippers, or fabric panels. Because even the best construction won’t last without proper care. Gore-Tex and other membrane fabrics require regular washing to maintain full functionality.
Tilak holds itself to some of the strictest quality standards in the industry. Every warranty claim or repair is handled individually and directly at their factory in Šumperk. Unlike most brands, Tilak doesn’t outsource service abroad – their team works with an archive of materials, including several generations of Gore-Tex laminates, zippers, and tapes, allowing them to restore even older models.
Typical repairs include:
The result? Even after years of use, most jackets can be fully restored – and look almost like new.
It may sound counter-intuitive, but the most common cause of membrane damage isn’t wear – it’s dirt. Sweat, oils, and debris clog the membrane’s micropores, blocking breathability and eventually leading to delamination (separation of layers). That’s why regular washing is essential, ideally after every extended use.

A properly maintained jacket rewards you with long life, full waterproof performance, and breathability. Tilak also recommends occasional re-proofing of the outer fabric to restore its ability to repel water and dirt.
Both pieces – Tilak Nuuk and Tilak Loke 24 – are available now at Rigad.cz. And as always with Tilak, they won’t stay long. Military Gear and civilian lines tend to sell out fast, so if you’ve been eyeing something from Tilak, now’s the perfect time.
