Katadyn® Combi Plus portable filter

The portable Combi Plus filter from the Swiss filter specialist, Katadyn, belongs to the Katadyn Endurance product line. It is a multifunctional filter with an adapter for connection to a water tap.

Versatile use

The Katadyn Combi Plus is truly versatile. It is suitable for outdoor activities, camping, cottages or cabins, caravans or small and medium boats, but it can also be used at home or in a hotel.

Ceramic filter

Inside the container, there is a ceramic, silver-impregnated filter with micropores, which lasts more than 60 times longer than standard filters and is also complemented by a replaceable carbon secondary filter for further water purification.

Protection not just against bacteria

Thanks to silver, the filter is very effective against bacteria and protozoa. The filter also reduces the content of chemical substances and radioactive particles due to the carbon (note: it does not remove them completely). The water is also rid of unwanted odors during filtering if present.

Easy to use

The use of the Katadyn Combi Plus filter is truly simple and intuitive. Submerge the intake opening with the primary filter into the source water, secure a bottle with a screw cap to the adapter at the bottom of the filter, and start pumping. Clean drinking water flows from the outlet into the attached bottle.

Use with water tap

Alternatively, you can connect a hose using the adapter to a water tap, turn on the water, and start pumping. The pump is manual. Clean drinking water flows from the faucet output of the filter into the prepared container.

Easy cleaning

The ceramic filter cartridges are very easy to clean – just wipe them with a cloth. After returning home, flush the filter by pumping clean water through it. Replace the activated carbon cartridge after filtering 400 liters of water.

Rich accessories

Included in the package, apart from the basic filter itself, are the primary filter (so-called pre-filter), hose, bottle adapter, tap adapter and carrying case. Everything you need for both of the above-mentioned uses.
