Fibertec® Textile Guard Eco Wash-In Waterproofing / 250 ml

Fibertec^® Textile Guard Eco Wash-In is a wash-in waterproofing treatment designed to restore the durable water-repellent (DWR) properties of functional clothing. It is suitable for membrane and synthetic fabrics such as Gore-Tex^® and other breathable materials.

The treatment is particularly recommended for 2-layer and 2.5-layer constructions (e.g., Gore-Tex^® Paclite^®). For 3-layer laminates, a spray-on treatment is generally more suitable.

Even Application During Washing

The product is applied directly in the washing cycle, ensuring uniform treatment of the entire garment. It forms a water-repellent barrier without reducing breathability or altering the fabric’s color.

Heat Activation Required

For optimal performance, the treatment requires heat activation—either in a tumble dryer or by ironing at a low temperature—to fully develop its water-repellent properties.

Eco-Friendly Formula

The water-based formulation is free from fluorocarbons (PFC-free) and solvents, and is fully biodegradable. As part of the Eco Line range, it emphasizes environmentally responsible textile care.
