The Dnipro^® PM27 TQ IFAK Pouch Multicam^® is designed for organized storage and rapid deployment of essential medical equipment in demanding operational environments. Built for both self-aid and buddy-aid applications, it combines efficient organization, quick access, and modular mounting versatility.

Organized Layout & Rapid Deployment

The internal organizer consists of a removable insert equipped with elastic retention loops for secure medical gear organization. The insert can be rapidly deployed and fully unfolded in a single motion for immediate access to critical supplies.

The pouch features external tourniquet holders positioned on both the upper and lower sections, allowing fast access and flexible setup for both right- and left-handed users.

Modular Mounting System

The PM27 TQ includes a mounting platform compatible with MOLLE/PALS webbing as well as direct belt attachment. The quick-detach design allows the pouch to be removed from the platform from either direction, improving accessibility and operational flexibility.

Constructed from durable CORDURA^® 500D fabric with a water-repellent finish, the pouch delivers excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, and demanding field conditions.
