The Antreg M-LOK Finger Stop is a compact indexing accessory designed for direct attachment to M-LOK handguards. It provides a consistent reference point for the support hand, promoting a repeatable grip while helping prevent the hand from sliding forward during weapon manipulation. Consistent Support-Hand Placement

The finger stop can be installed in any suitable M-LOK slot to match your preferred grip and shooting style. On shorter handguards, it also serves as a forward hand stop to help prevent the support hand from extending too far toward the muzzle.
