Apex® Extended Takedown Lever for Springfield Hellcat & Hellcat Pro

The Apex Extended Takedown Lever for the Springfield Armory Hellcat and Hellcat Pro simplifies field stripping while also providing a practical thumb rest for a forward-thumbs grip. Its extended, textured profile is easier to manipulate than the factory lever and offers a more positive contact surface. Machined from heat-treated tool steel, it installs as a direct replacement for the factory takedown lever.

Easier Field Stripping

The enlarged control surface provides more leverage than the factory takedown lever, making it easier to rotate during disassembly. Aggressive texturing improves grip and helps ensure positive manipulation, even with wet hands or while wearing gloves.

Integrated Thumb Rest

Beyond simplifying disassembly, the extended lever also serves as a thumb rest for the support hand when using a forward-thumbs grip. This helps establish a more consistent support-hand position without adding a separate frame-mounted thumb rest.

Heat-Treated Tool Steel Construction
