This model uses a very straightforward but highly reliable OMEGA trigger mechanism. Dual function

The weapon operates in both Single Action and Double Action modes. In SA mode, the hammer is cocked manually, and the trigger pull results in a shot. In this mode, the trigger pull is short, the resistance is low, and shooting can be much more accurate thanks to the more sensitive trigger. DA is a double-action mode, where the hammer is cocked and released when the trigger is pulled. The trigger pull is longer, resistance is higher, and accuracy may be lower than in SA mode.
