Although the new Arex Zero 2 Standard is enhanced with a range of advanced features, it is still largely its predecessor. The size and weight have been preserved. So if you own the previous model, you'll feel right at home with the Arex Zero 2 Standard. The Arex Zero 2 is a full-size semi-automatic pistol in 9mm Luger caliber. It has a DA/SA trigger with a nicely readable short reset and smooth operation. The Arex Zero 2 Standard has an aluminum alloy frame and an 18-round magazine. The slide catch also serves as a hammer decocking lever. On the top side of the slide, there is a chamber-loaded indicator.
The improved Arex Zero 2 Standard features enhancements focused primarily on better grip and ergonomics. Arex has redesigned the interchangeable grip panels. These now feature a non-slip surface with a dotted texture. The grip has been overall slimmed down. Thanks to this, the gun holds well even in smaller hands, allowing for a higher and more secure grip.
The Arex Zero 2 Standard now has a redesigned magazine well extension, known as a magwell, which facilitates and speeds up magazine changes. Additionally, the magazine release button has been redesigned and enlarged, and it is ambidextrous, as is the manual safety.
