Advantages of the HexaLug Mounting System

The HexaLug mounting system eliminates carbon deposits, impractical levers and special tools for disassembling the mechanism. Therefore, suppressors and muzzle brakes can be attached/detached from the HexaLug mounting system even with thick gloves, which is practical for operators.

Reliable accuracy

Suppressors and suppressor adapters (such as the ACS and ELR series) from Acheron Corp offer reliable accuracy due to perfect alignment and proper fixation. One of the bearing surfaces of HexaLug is tapered, creating a gas-tight seal between the suppressor and the muzzle device. This reduces the fouling of the locking mechanism and the noise level at the shooter's ear.

Available in two sizes

The HexaLug accessories are available in two sizes, the standard up to 7.62 mm caliber and the HexaLug XL from 9.5 to 12.7 mm caliber. For the given size, HexaLug is unidirectionally compatible, meaning you can install a larger caliber suppressor on a muzzle device for a smaller caliber, but not the other way around. This prevents accidental damage to the suppressor.
