Developed by Acheron, the HexaLug interface solves common issues with traditional QD suppressors. There are no fragile locking levers, no carbon-jammed mechanisms, and no need for tools. Despite this, it offers an exceptionally secure and easy-to-use attachment system.

Gas-Tight Precision

Reliable suppressor alignment and fixation are critical for performance. The HexaLug interface features specially designed contact surfaces that create a gas-tight seal between suppressor and adapter—minimizing fouling and reducing noise leakage.

Simple and Secure Installation

Installing the ACS E1 is straightforward: slide it over the compatible Acheron muzzle brake or flash hider and twist it clockwise until locked. Removing it requires a simple counterclockwise turn. The entire process is tool-free and field-friendly.

Unilateral Compatibility

The HexaLug system supports downward compatibility—meaning suppressors rated for larger calibers can be used on smaller caliber mounts, but not the reverse. This prevents mismatches and protects your investment.

Optimal for Subsonic Ammo

The ACS E1 is specifically optimized for the .300 AAC Blackout caliber, delivering outstanding suppression with subsonic rounds. However, it also performs flawlessly with supersonic ammunition, making it a highly versatile option.

Extreme Heat Resistance

Finished with a high-temperature resistant Cerakote C-series coating, the ACS E1 is available in both black and Flat Dark Earth. This ensures long-term durability even under sustained firing.
