The Pentagon Artaxes SF Level IV jacket belongs to the Pentagon T. D. (Tactical Duty) series. This series is designed for professional use on the battlefield or in urban environments where highly advanced technologies are required.

Surface finish

The Pentagon Artaxes SF Level IV jacket is a tactical jacket made of softshell fabric. The Storm-Tex surface treatment gives the jacket water resistance and breathability - the laminated outer membrane has a water resistance of 8,000 mm (water column) and breathability of 3,000 g / m² / 24 h.

Wind and water resistance

Super soft fleece with Grid-tech technology in combination with the surface membrane ensures the fabric is both wind and water resistant, and it also effectively wicks away sweat while retaining heat in the Grid-tech channels.

Comfort during movement and high-quality zipper

Thanks to the elasticity of the softshell fabric used, the jacket offers comfort during normal movement and during demanding activities. The jacket has a main closure with a high-quality two-way nylon YKK zipper. This is tactical, because when unzipping from below, you get quick access to the equipment attached to the tactical belt or even to the weapon.

Hood made of warm material

The jacket has a fixed hood hidden in the collar with a small peak and an elastic drawstring with brakes. The hood is also made of warm and water-resistant softshell. The hood has a reflective, removable patch. In addition, the jacket is equipped with a high stand-up collar that protects the upper part of the neck from bad weather.

Lots of practical pockets

The jacket has 2 large chest pockets with side slanted entry, allowing easy access to the contents. The pockets have inner sleeves that are good for storing flashlights, knives, writing pens or electronic devices such as radios, mobile phones, etc. The left pocket has a closable opening for the headphone cable. Both pockets can still be used even if you are wearing a tactical vest. And that's not all The jacket also has 2 sleeve pockets with vertical zippered entry, 1 RF-ID pocket on the left wrist and 2 rear interconnected pockets with side zippered entry, which can be used to store gloves or similar large items. All external pockets are meshed inside.

Tactical accessories

The jacket also includes 2 internal document pockets (left and right). The sleeve pockets have Velcro panels measuring approximately 13 cm × 8 cm for attaching an ID tag, flag, rank, name tag, etc.

Equipment for better thermoregulation

Thermal comfort is provided by a pair of ventilation holes closed with a two-way zipper in the armpit. These holes are equipped with a protective insect net. The sleeve cuffs are adjustable, fastened with PVC Velcro straps. There is a drawstring with brakes in the lower hem for adjusting the circumference.

Sweat, created during normal walking or even extreme movement, always finds its way out to the surface of the material and does not remain "captive" under the clothing or inside the material. Storm-Tex effectively prevents the formation of moisture on the inside of the clothing, which is the main cause of the feeling of cold or winter and also the occurrence of frostbite.
