The most famous and most used Ka-Bar® knife, which became almost an icon. Developed during World War II and originally used by US Marine Corps. It became so well-known that the KABAR marking was used for knives of the same type, which were not produced in the Ka-BAR® factory. The blade has a black coating eliminating unwanted reflections and preventing corrosion.
On the blade there is a sign / logo BK & KA-BAR OLEAN NY USA on the one side and USMC from the other.
Ergonomic handle made of layered, polished leather.
The knife is provided with a guard - protection against slipping fingers on the blade.

The knife comes with robust and durable leather belt sheath. The sheath is secured by snap button fastener.
